HuffYUV and explorer.exe wtf?

In a nutshell, windows has been behaving very erratically whenever it sees a huffyuv video file, ie it crashes. I've been doing my best to try and dodge it of late, but enough has become _enough_

Anyone else had this problem and know of a fix... or something?

I had a problem like that a while ago, i found that the only solution was to unistall huffy and start again

Solution nutted out...

Disabled huffyuv support in FFdshow's config page.
