Neon Genesis Evangelion Episode 23, deleted/hacked scene???

ooook.. so I saw this at my friend's house. As anyone who has watched all of NGE knows, this is OBVIOUSLY not in the episode.

I'm about 90% certain that someone just edited the clips, but god damn, there is some INSANE editing in here if that's the case.

i mean entire scenes have been drawn, none of it looks fake, and it really is almost disturbing how on crack this scene is, yet how "evangelion" it all seems and how extremely well drawn it is.

Any information on this, where it came from, etc.?

Upon looking for more information, i came across this site;

Apparently there are more "edited/deleted" scenes; there's like five of them in here, but I can't download any of them.

Anyone have any more info on those as well?

The YouSendIt clip is from the Director's Cut (Japanese home video release). It's also included on ADV's Platinum version.

Are you serious? wouldn't this dramatically change the storyline?

Yeah that clips in the directors cut dvd, I'm not sure why they would cut it out but would it really have that much of an effect on the story line? Maybe it was cut because it is quite a horrific scene, i dont know.. Then again thats my answer for most nge questions.. I dont know

Heh.. i just watched that, waiting for something i hadn't seen before.. then i realized i've only watched the directors cut.
