So many great videos this year! I need to finish my latest AMV. So I can clear the 20GB of Eva off my hard drive and download these :D

I wasn't really surprised by the wizard of Osaka winning. I thought it was going to be close with real ninja's. Amongst my 6 other friends we all liked both, but more of them voted for Wizard just because Real Ninja's won at Anime Next already. Real Ninja's made me laugh more so I voted for it in the end.

I wasn't surprised at all by the Naruto video winning for several reasons. There are a LOT of Naruto fans there. The music was REALLY good, and it just looked good. Out of all the action video's submitted the effects (regardless of what you think of them) worked.

Ha, nice AtomX it was a good show. Looking forward to next year's competition. Where can we get those vids from this year's Otakon Iron Chef?

Watch Me Shine (VicBond's latest) should have been in Action instead of Rhythm. I'd have voted for it.
I'm really surprised the Naruto Technique Beat won, seeing as it's totally unintelligible to anyone who hasn't seen a lot of Naruto. I guess that's enough people to win a vote, though.
I agree. Hey Vic, will you be putting Watch Me Shine up on a-m-v.org? I totally want to show it to my friends who missed the contest! ^_^

Not only did I not grasp the significance of all those attacks and characters in Naruto Technique Beat, I also couldn't really see what was going on because I was so distracted by the effects. I've read the first volume of the Naruto manga and I think I'd love the series if I saw it, but I just haven't.

Meanwhile, I hope that Invincible/FMA video is available somewhere. That one gave me goosebumps. I can't wait to see it again!

It's actually 'Everything About Guu'. Unfortunately, I'm having problems with the entry page and don't have it up on the 'org yet, though it is up on my own site.
Comedy: Real Ninjas (I forget who made it)
Real Ninjas was made by Michael Zubrzycki. I would have to imagine the vote between it and Wizard of Ozaka had to have been real close, because they both got phenomenal (no pun intended) reactions from the audience.

Congrats to all of the winners, and to everyone who entered!

Nightmare download?

Post by BebopCowboy18 » Mon Aug 22, 2005 1:27 pm

Congrats to all the winners at yet another wonderful contest. I was wondering....does anyone know where I can get Nightmare. Black Sun Productions hasn't upped it yet it seems and I REALLY loved that video. It had a wonderfully disturbing feel to it and I want it!

Thanks

Stupid question: who was that guy behind the shower curtain at the end of the Wizard of Ozaka AMV? It looked like Shinji.
