Premiere 6.5 help

I've been using Premiere 6.5 for a while now, but recently there have been these boxes on the video when I export it, like bits of the previous clip are hanging on too long. I don't think I did anything to it, though. Has anyone else had the same problem or know how to fix it?

That sort of thing can happen with keys and/or transitions. If you don't have any of those in the areas in question then I'm not sure though.
