Guess an anime character

Da Rules:

1. Describe your character:

-gender, male/female

-name starts with

-age (if you know it)

-race (if they're something besides human or if they're something besides a normal person)
for example: demon, king/queen, prince/princess, animal(dog, cat rat, etc.)

-hair color (black, red, blonde or yellow, white, silver, other)

-hair style (long, short, spiky, curly, straight, other)

-eye color (black, red, green, blue, mixed, other)

-facial hair, mustash or beard (if they have one)

-wearing, for example: glasses, hats, bandanas, face tatoos, hair ornaments, other.

-clothes (dress, school uniform, skirt, pants,cloak, coat, jacket, robes, other)
put the color(s)

2. If no nobody can guess your character, put the anime where your character came from

3. Before someone can put another character to guess, the previous one must be guessed first.

Now here's one to 'guess who':

This character is a 16-17 year old girl, her name starts with T, she has a long brown hair, her eye color is blue-green, she wears ribbons, and she mainly wears a dark blue highschool uniform with a coat and a skirt. Who is this character?
