I love that series! I saw all 95 episodes and I own one of the OVAs. Kenny's so adorable! I was pissed when they stopped showing it on Cartoon Network.

Ya, CN always stops a series in it's track. Thats about the only channel I see anime from.

Kenshin is one of the coolest and funniest I've seen! He is such a ladies man!

And he never knows what to do with them! ^_^ That's what I like about him. He's always protecting people and kicks some serious butt, and yet he has no idea how to interact with people. Especially those of the opositie sex.

I'm rather new here But I'll tell ya that Kenshin is my Second Fav next to Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. I Liked the Manga mucho better than cartoon network's anime. and Cap. Sagara is my Fav Character.
(Such a cutie pie) too bad they killed him off so then my second is Kenshin of course.

Have you read the manga? The TV series is much more true to the feel of the manga than the OVAs.
I have read the manga, and I understand that the anime was based on that, the ova's were stories in themselfs.. however it doesnt change my view that Kenshin was a "toon" in the anime. I just perfer the ova's and I know others who do as well.

I havent read the manga, but I will have to agree with Cerebral, the Ova's are more better then the Tv Series...But I still love the Series but not as much as I love the Ova's =^^= I love it how he gets his scare

Waitwaitwait... you're telling me that CN's BAD because they didn't show the last season which featured nothing but filler episodes and stops with no discernable ending because it was CANCELLED IN JAPAN, and instead gave it a basic ending with wrapping up after the Shisio Saga!? I think Cartoon Network saved Kenshin's ASS for most Americans... the last season was just 26 episodes of made-for-tv-filler CRAP! I'll admit, it'd be nice if they'd show the six Samurai X OVAs on Adult Swim, but who knows, maybe they will sometime - took 'em long enough to show Knockin' on Heavean's Door, for chrissake.

Anyway, CN does have an annoying tendency to stop shows in the middle. (Example, Yuyu Hakusho.

)

It always seems to happen. A perfectly good manga ends up getting stuffed with fillers when turned into an anime and losing track. *sigh*

i agree, the last season of kenshin nearly ruined the anime, the last eps were awful and offered no conclusion to the anime, the last dvd, reflections was really good though and closed kenshin very well i thought, in my opinion definetly one of the best animes...

Kenshin is a great Anime, I really like it^^ And the OVAs are great, too.
And there are a lot of hot guys in this Anime, for example Hiko (Kenshin's Master), or Captain Sagara. And Sojiro is soo cute^^
And the openings and endings are great, too.
