Coolness, looks like this is definitely garnering some interest. New rule btw:

-Live action and American Cartoon videos ARE acceptable, though anime is preferred.

Also, if you know you are going to enter PLEASE try to PM me by Oct 1 to confirm that you are submitting. Your entries themselves still don't have to be done until Nov, but I've been getting a lot of "I'll probably enter"s and I wanna be sure of what to expect around a month in advance.
The best effects are the ones you don't notice.
