I also like the voices of:
Justin Cook, the voice of Hatsuharu from fruits Basket and Yusuke from Yu Yu Hakusho. He's also the line producer of fruits Basket.
James Arnold Taylor, the voice of Tidus from Final Fntasy 10 and Ratchet from Ratchet and Clank.
Stephanie Nadolny, the voice of (kid)Goku from Dragon Ball(GT)
at first I didn't even know that a woman did the voice of Goku, I've always thought that he was voiced by a little boy

Well I've got a few favorites myself.
Scott McNeil: the voice behind Duo Maxwell (Gundam Wing), Rattrap, Dinobot, Waspinator, Silverbolt (all Beast Wars), Jetfire (Transformers Armada, Energon, and Cybertron I think), Mr. Yoshi (Hamtaro), plus many more I can name. He even appeared in an episode of Highlander.
Frank Welker: Also a man of a thousand voices. He's appeared in a couple of anime series, I forgot what, but we all know him as many characters like Fred Jones (Scooby Doo).
Jim Cummings: Even he's appeared in a couple of anime and like the two I previously mentioned, he's also a man of a thousand characters.
Derek Stephen Prince: Known as the voices of V-mon, Demidevimon, Ken, Impmon (Digimon), Keitaro (Love Hina), and many other characters. The favorite I've got from him is Keitaro of course. It almost matches the original Japanese version too. Not to mention it fits Keitaro's personality.
Kelly Sheridan: An actress who always seems to end up with characters who have attitudes. She's the voice behind Leena from Zoids and Sango from Inuyasha. I personally like her performance in Zoids as Leena, it certainly was a character not to be reckoned with.
I have many others but I think these guys will just do.
