Well, I've been studying on how to even start a manga. I have decided to get better at my art, maybe get some help from a good friend of mine, and then I can figure out what the story should be about. It's very difficult to come up with a good story when most of the stories have been used. Using my own originality shouldn't be too hard, but its just that I guess I'm the classical type, so I doubt any of it would be interesting to read. Even so, I've failed so many times to make a manga. So I'm going to just continue to work on my novel, until something good comes up for me to make a manga. Another tough choice for me is to think of a title, and character descriptions. Although, the story shouldn't be so hard, thanks to Mako Itsuki's help, I can do well in that department. I haven't drawn in so long that I nearly forgotten how. So it's back to the drawing board, and starting from scratch for me. Maybe someday I will actually be successful.

I've written about 5 different manga ideas. I've never actually drawn any of them as of yet.
Here is the story from what people call the best of my ideas.
Created Hanyou
This one is about a young human boy, who when he was born, was said to obtain greater spiritual powers than any spiritualist before him and destroy all of the demons off the face of the Earth. However, he was born without prior knowledge of this, and ends up saving a young demon's life. But, in the process he nearly gives up his own. To save the mysterious boy who saved his life, the demon takes him to his grandfather, who happens to be one of the greatest medics in history. Unfortunately, not even he has the power to save the boy. Knowing the consequences of his actions, the young demon begs his grandfather to perform a procedure that may save his life. On one condition though, the boy will be turned into a half demon through the process. After it is performed, the boy surprisingly accepts his new form and tries to live life as a normal human by hiding his ears with a hat and hiding his tail. Unknown to him, he's achieved even greater power than what was foretold. When the spiritualists discover the truth about the boy, he is torn between sides. Will he fulfill his destiny, or deny it? Whatever outcome he chooses, it will determine the outcome of the entire war.

Well
Well I've pretty much got the drawing thing down, the story I'll pretty much make up as I go along, but I'm putting a lot of detail on this on character in my Manga, her name is Ayame Shinomoto, she's my own character, she's pretty much a lone wolf, but not to go off topic, to answer your question I have attempted to create my own Manga.

Here's another one of my newer ideas in the making, I'm still trying tothink up a good name for it.
Hundreds of years ago, a group of powerful sorcerers wanted to gain control of the world. In order to do it, they found a way to release the seven dragons of the Earth. These dragons are known as the dragons of fire, water, earth, wind, ice, light, and dark. They expected to use these powerful dragons to cause mayhem and destruction around the planet. However, these powerful dragons were to powerful to control and explained that they would never take order from inferior humans. The dragons killed each and every single one of the sorcerers. One of them never wanted to raise th dragons and developed a spell to seal them again. Unfortunately, he died before he could complete it on even one of the dragons. He thereby left it in a book that could never be destroyed. Satisfied with their victory, the dragons began taking control of the world. Humans fought back with everything they had, but to no avail. The dragons then made a compromise with the humans. There were no more dragons left on Earth, except for them, so they made this deal. They would allow the humans to live in peace without any trouble from the dragons, but the humans would have to do something in return. When a child is born, they may or may not be born with a mark of the dragon on them. If the mark is tatooed on them, that child would be turned into a dragon at the age of 16, and become servants to the seven dragons, thereby being forced to do whatever the dragons asked. Even if one refused, their bodies would do it against their will. The dragons thought the humans would kill any child before the age of 16 that had the mark, so they protected them with a spell that made them unable to die. They could still bleed, feel pain, break bones, etc. But, when they became dragons those injuries would disappear. Now in the present day, children born with the mark are taught to despise humans at a very young age, that way it will be easier on them when they become dragons. Some children show off there mark, in doing so they can bully regular humans around and teach them to be feared. Some children hide their marks, because they want to live normal lives until it's time. One boy for example, has managed to hide it for nearly 16 years, but accidently reveals the truth while trying to protect one of his human friends. The boy knows his time is drawing near, and wishes he could stay a human forever. However when the time arrives, he is able to keep his human form and turn into a dragon at will. He can also use the powers as he pleases, and is completely free of the dragons' control. He soon discovers that he is the decendant of the sorcerer that developed the spell to seal the dragons, and realizes he's the only one who can do it. He must first find the book though, and pretend to obey the seven dragons' commands.

I've wanted to write an original manga (or even better, an anime) for a while, but I haven't had any luck in finding an artist who wants to illustrate my stories. So I've been trying to write a novel instead because that doesn't require anyone besides me to work on it.
