The original Di Gi Charat series has a few eps where people need to use the bathroom (eps 9 and 10 specifically, but there might be a couple more). And it's now out on DVD in the states. Yay!

There's an episode of Gravitation where Shuichi runs into the bathroom and unravels rolls of toilet paper until the toilet paper hits the ceiling.

In Dragon Ball Z, around the start of the Buu saga, Goten and Trunks are flying and Goten starts doing the "potty dance" in mid air, then they land and both take a leak.

In the first ep of Dragonball Bulma is in bathroom distress. The US release didn't even cut the end of it. She was hanging on a branch off of a cliff and there are sparkles streaming down from her...
