Need Adobe Premiere Pro tuts.

Can anyone lead me to any site where i can get a good tutrial for Adobe Premiere Pro? I just got it today and I'm totally clueless. Recommend some that you've used or heard was good.

www.vtc.com but they aren't free. They offer different online courses and teach pretty much any adobe product as well as others.
