Is there a screenshot program...
...that I can use to take screenshots of DVDs with? None of the programs that have been recommended to me in the past work, even when I turn off the video enhancing thing.

or rip the vob to your computer, make an avs file and open it in vdub. Then select what images you want and "save image sequence"

Osaka's got the right idea. Just look for the screencap function, and paste it into your picture program (paint, photoshop, or whatever)Kasuga Ayumu wrote:What's wrong with the "Capture Screen" function of the DVD player software of your choice? I know Power DVD and Media Player Classic have one, all others should have it too.

Try using DVD Decryptor and save the pics with DGIndex. The use paint to save them as .jpg or .gif

You can find virtual dub in the video editing guides on the main site. Look for the big guide and find it under software. It's pretty good for taking pictures out of video (and free), but you'll need to capture the video off the dvd first.
The same guide lists a few different programs for capturing the video off the dvd.

The sword at last must win,
Today is gone, and yesterday,
Must echo in the wind.
