How long has it been since you requested that username/password? Eventually, they do expire.

Check your local upload status; what does it say?

i requested my username and password 10 minutes before i tried to upload the video... which shouldn't be too long. i think i might have found the problem though. after my upload failed i saw that the video can only be 100MB. the one i tried to upload was a lot bigger than that. so i think that was the problem. i'm cutting it into 3 segments, that way each will be less than 100MB. thanks for trying to help though.

uhh...I'm trying to upload my newest video
I got the username and password around 2:00pm (GMT-6) today
I have tried 2 ftp's (FireZilla and SmartFTP), but neither of them can connect. I recieved the following from the second ftp that I tried to use: Resolving host name "kero.animemusicvideos.org"
Connecting to 69.26.178.19 Port: 21
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Cannot login waiting to retry (30s)...
all my video and song information is on file, and correct.
The file size is about 53 MiB (actual file size is within .6Mib of the estimate)
My local upload status for this video is: you have not uploaded a video yet

What do I do now?

Not sure where to post this, but this seems to be the appropriate place. I've gotten an error like this before, but this one actually seems to be the complete phrase, instead of being cut-off.

Received in response to clicking "Confirm Video" in order to confirm the upload of this video. Much thanks!

All right...I tried several times to upload my video. Filezilla at first would connect to Kero. But when I tried to upload, the FTP client would disconnect because of a timeout. Now it wont even go as far as connecting...I think you guys may have a problem.

This isn't revenge on the non-donators is it? Because I have been meaning to send a check in soon...
