More like a ryu than a D & D dragon. Quick synopsis of Ikki Tousen (aka Battle Vixens in the manga format. Thanks, Tokyopop!): The spirits of the warriors who fought to unite China 1800 years ago are contained within stones called magetama (sp?). The stones have been passed on through the ages, and are now in the possession of a slew of high school students in Kanto. The spirits within the stones aid the wearer in various ways, all of which have to do with combat. Hakufu Sonsaku, blonde extraordinaire, happens to possess one of the strongest of the sacred stones. She also is the host of a "sleeping dragon" - whether this is related to the stone or to who she is, I'm not sure yet. So far, the dragon takes over when she's unconscious or semi-conscious, and she is one SCARY beeyatch when it does.

nobody cares about the cheezy pile of poo called Ikki tousen. I thought it was a waste of time among fanservice animes. :?
