Interesting thread...
Videos I'm 'proud' of...well for me what I become proud of is when a video really does what I set out to do with it...I'm proud of all my videos...but currently...
No Words - This video was able to make the finals in a 'regular' AMV contest despite the shonen-ai themes, which says something about the video.
The Promise - I love this video, and so happy/proud with how it turned out. It does what I wanted it to do. It really is a very deep video. (Deep videos make me proud).
In the same line...I always like to show December 1864, and For Kaoru, to those people who don't mind drama. As I'm so happy/proud of the video/music combinations. That I felt I did well to pair the two together, that maybe the creator of the series wouldn't mind that I chopped up their work and put it with music.
The last one, and one I'm most 'proud' of is Amadeus. The sheer range of emotions the audience went threw when they saw the video, and that I was able to integrate Live Action footage with Anime footage where it was very 'natural', made me very happy. I was very proud of the video when it showed. As I watched the video in the contest, I knew it wouldn't win, but how I was able to lead the audience around successfully just made me feel I had done what I set out to do.

It was the first AMV I did, then I went back and redid it after I got a better master. I broke the rule about subtitles, but I did it intentionally. Certain parts use them because I wanted the dialog. other parts I left them "off." It's still not great quality because I don't have a good program to work with, but I'm VERY happy with the video.
