  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Least it wasn't as bad as LCY's pile. You paid attention to the music itself, so good for you in those sections... when you did the lip synch.. it just fell apart. Since that was a good chunk of the video, your whole piece fell apart.

Technically impressive, yes. Better than LCY's pile with this song, yes. Everything else is just too sketchy for me to give more than a 3 to.

And note, I CAN like effects... it's just that no one seems to do them well consistantly. This would've been a 4 had you simply ignored the areas where he sings, and edited to the music. Good job on ruining a video you spent months on.

 Kinda harsh Tono...

Personally, I thought it was amazing. I liked SOO much about this. I liked how some of the objects in the video "pop out" of where they're supposed to be, loved the intro, loved the city scene with other videos on the buildings, loved the rotoscoping (like Asuka sitting and watching the city down below), etc etc etc...

It might seem wierd to say this but "I wanna get f&$%ed up!"

Ah, a Das Omen video that doesn't deal with vampires or any other dark supernatural themes.

*me likes* 8-)

Technically very impressive, but I'm sick of das omen. If you had carried a story through this video, instead of it being random within a general theme, this would have been one of/the best video I've seen this year.

Very awesome. Obviously it's technically amazing, but it seemed to all fit together nicely ^^ I would have liked to see a story aspect as well, but it was absolutely sweet as it is. Great work.

Both seconded. I think that this is more or less a presentation of what you can technically do, now on your next video you should try developing a good concept, atmosphere and storyline.

Don't get me wrong, this video is really impressive, and it gets all the respect it deserves from me for the effort that was put into it, but I think that you could still improve a lot on those other points.
