x2 to everything. Although if the show is treading, or going to tread overthe same standard storylines I will be protected my my ever present selective short-term memory. Everythings new and original if you choose not to remember all the times its happened before.madbunny wrote:yeah, it's been completely awesome so far. Great battles, some actual romantic tension, and a surprisingly gritty storyline with blood death and destruction.
So far most of the characters have had a chance to shine a bit, like Melissa's undercover gig early on. She was hot. Chidori's escape was super hot!
Unfortunately, am I the only one that sees the show sort of following some pretty standard lines here?
I'll bet that he meets with the enemy, gets convinced that THEY are the ones trying to stop mithril from doing something horrible (like maybe mithril was behind his Helmajistan problems) and stuck in a moral dilemma about that. Meanwhile the rest of the show is just about how he gets back to Chidori, and the show devolves into a battle between the megabrains of the Testarossas?
I have to say, however, with this show its been hard for me to tell whats going to happen next, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it's all going to unfold. My biggest concern at this point is that the romanic aspect is not going to be fully developed. I'm afraid they're only going to push it far enough to get the view to tune in to the show's next incarnation.
