Holy crap...been away too long...taking a crack at some of the openings:

Name 1: Kevin Smith
-Kevin Smith directed 'Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back' featuring Mark Hamill
-Who was a dub voice in 'Laputa: Castle in the Sky' which was directed by Hayao Miyazaki
-Who also directed 'Castle of Cagliostro' the English dub of which featured David Hayter
-Who was in the English dub for 'Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket' with Stephen Blum

Name 3: Gary Oldman
-Gary Oldman was in 'Bram Stoker's Dracula' with Cary Elwes
-Who was in the English dub for 'The Cat Returns' with Tim Curry
-Who was in 'Congo' with Bruce Campbell (...not a proud role for either, but hey)
-Who guest starred on 'Megas XLR' on which Stephen Blum was Jamie

Name 6: Kari Wahlgren (There's actually a couple of one-shot ways to do this...but I can't resist doing this one, cause it's pretty fun and I've been wanting to use this connection for a while now.)
-Kari Walhgren was Haruko in the English dub for 'FLCL', which featured Dave Mallow as Amarao
-Who was the Narration voiceover in the old 'Mobile Suit Gundam' movie dubs which had Stephen Blum play Char. (...decent casting, awful pronunciations...ah well...no sense complaining, they DID do subbed release later.)

Name 10: Ewan McGregor
-Ewan McGregor was in 'Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace' with Ray Park (...yeah, again, not a career high, but easiest step I'm currently seeing)
-Who was in 'X-Men' with Patrick Stewart
-Who reprised his role as Charles Xavier in the game 'X-Men Legends' in which Stephen Blum voiced Wolverine

That's a few off the list, I'll get back to the rest later

Heh, glad to see someone knocking a few off...

Hmm, I may as well get rid of McNeill while I'm here...

McNeill was the original English voice for DBZ's Piccolo, who was later redubbed by Chris Sabat.

Sabat voiced Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho, while Veronica Taylor provided the voices for Botan, Keiko, and Yukina in the second movie.

Taylor played Yukino Miyazawa in His and Her Circumstances (Kare Kano), alongside Liam O'Brien's Hideaki Asaba.

O'Brien will be acting as Clive in the upcoming English release of Hare+Guu (Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu), and Yuri Lowenthal will be the voice of Wadi.

Lowenthal and Blum are both in Scrapped Princess, as Leo and Luke Storm, respectively.

Since I put Yuzo Takada on the list, I'll be the one to take it off.

1. Takada created the anime Blue Seed.
2. The voice actress behind Kome on Blue Seed is the voice behind one Asuka Langhly Soryu on Neon Genesis Evangelion.
3. Neon Genesis Evangelion and FLCL are both produced by Gainax.
4. Kari Walhgren was Haruko in the English dub for FLCL
5. Kari Walhgren voiced Lavie on Last Exile.
6. Mr. Blum is also featured on Last Exile.

May as well take one of the other names off...

Paul Dobson voiced Naraku and Myoga in Inuyasha, with Terry Klassen as Hachiemon.

Klassen was the first English voice for Krillin on DBZ, whose voice later changed to that of Sonny Strait.

Strait also voiced Maes Hughes on Fullmetal Alchemist, which starred Vic Mignogna as Ed Elric.

Mignogna shared the DNAngel screen with Illich Guardiola, as Dark and Krad, respectively.

Guardiola and Tony Oliver both voiced Sha Gojyo of Saiyuki, in Saiyuki and Saiyuki: Reload.

Oliver had several minor parts in Carried by the Wind: Tsukikage Ran, in which Steve Blum voiced Junzaburo Shiina.
