Are the FMA DVDs fully uncut?

I've heard they've cut out things on cartoon network before, and I sometimes see "as seen on cartoon network" on the dvd cases of FMA. I would like to get them, but I want to make sure that it's all uncut.

yeah i saw the episode where Scar killed Baes Gron(or whatever) and it was damn sick, still would have been nice on tv though.
