What the hell, Naruto, 23 more weeks of filler??

I just barley caught this from when i was watching naruto

"According to an interview with the director of Studio Pierrot, the filler arcs will continue untill the end of this season."

Can anyone confirm this?

It's true, there's already a thread on this, and quit whining... if they didn't have filler episodes, they'd catch up to the story, pass by it, and then have to come up with their own conclusions as to the ending, which would probably be horribly inaccurate to the original story, leaving you to say "why didn't they stick to the story!? That sucked!"

Quit bitching... fillers suck, yes, but the Japanese won't stop premiering episodes week after week for the whole year rather than go by actual seasons. Until they do, they'll inevitably catch up to the original comic and then have to make fillers to not make you even more upset.
