Does flcl have a soundtrack out?

Yes, it's got at least two OST albums; I believe they're both released by whatever Pioneer's music division is calling itself these days, and I also believe the second one includes three or four Drama tracks (translations can be found on Pioneer's music division website... somewhere).

A side note on Fooly Cooly's plot, It is about Naota growing up, but he does so by accepting that he is a kid, instead of trying to act like an adult.

Then there's always the other plot about Naota falling in love with Haruko, and being abandoned by Mamimi for becoming even just a little decicive. And about fifty thousand other plots going on (like mamimi eventualky giving up on Tasuku)

I don't know what is the shortest, but "Voices of a Distant Star" is just 30 minutes of exellent anime. A real heartbreaker of a story with some mecha battle included.

Can you really consider voices a series, i like to think of it as a movie.
as far as shortest do you want time wise or episode wise, flcl is only 6 episodes as is golden boy, complete set 14 bucks fom best buy mind you best buy i ever made, but then you have stuff like digi charat with mini episodes and such. Puni Puni Poemmi was only 2 and i think cosplay complex was 2 or 3

Voices is a movie, I thought they were asking for the shortest anime, they didn't say series.

There are lot's of very short pieces that are never released, but I was thinking of animes we can buy. There is a short piece of "Hoi Hoi San" it's pretty funny but only 10 minutes.
