In the latest issue of Funimation's Prime Animation Report newsletter, they announced that they have the license for Moon Phase. Source: FUNimation
FUNimation are now gods to me!

Now I can start planning up those Tsukuyomi ~ Moon Phase AMVs I've been dying to do. :D

sounds like good news. And before I didn't like funimation to much.. but I find them more trustworthy.. they've been doing a good job on full metal alchemist.

Fuck yes! FUCK YES!!!!! This is the best licensing news I have heard in a long time! I have only seen two episodes, but this show totally kicks ass. I am one happy mofo to heard that it's been licensed! I will never say a bad word about Funimation again, even if they screw up the dub, because I prefer subtitles.

Now for Mahou Sensei Negima and Rozen Maiden...

Funimation keeps getting really good titles and it's starting to freak me out. Ever since they started moving away from DBZ they've had a hot streak. And now this-- *gesticulates wildly*

Azulmagia: they have an avowed policy, I believe, of slightly domesticated dubs but fairly literal subs, so the dubs might not be great, but the subtitles should be excellent.

Finally, US licensors reprazentin' the vampire-catgirl-loli crowd.

Definitly will be on the top of my to buy list. As long as they do a comarable job to Fruits Basket it will be great. Just happy I'll be able to get offical Tsukuyomi from now on!

Indeed! And not to mention the MASSIVE improvements that's been done on the DVD versions, this is one of series I'm going to trash the fansubs.

Actually it looks like they just licensed Negima as well, at Anime Vegas. I assume that'll get its own thread pretty soon.
