But i don't agree with the comment about age. I"m 22 and still addicted to anime. It's not something you grow out of.

Robotech - It's a true master peice of anime that really helped start the mecha craze we have now.

Cowboy Bebop is another great anime I absolutely love. It's one that good to start off on if your a beggining otaku.
