Cosplay: Would you do it?

Yes, I've cosplayed before and I find it to be tons of fun. I am quite dark skinned and short as well, so I don't look much like the characters that I've done and no one's hassled me for it or anything.

So far I have been Mario, Mokuba Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh), Ms. Jolene (Paper Mario 2), and R. Dorothy Wayneright (Big O). It's all in good fun and it's a great outlet for the artistic part of me. Even my mom is interested in doing a costume or two.

Sure it's kind of a nerdy hobby(Walking around as a mushroom in a red buisiness suit and a pink polka dot head is pretty dorky), but if you're having fun and not hurting anyone then why not? More power to you! Remember that about 98% of cosplayers are just in it for the fun and only 2% are truly obsessive or perverted.

Cosplay is sooo teh rapes!!! Especially if girls do it. Well, its not so cool when the fatties and the uggoh's do it. I think only the hot girls should do cosplay, because it is like p0rn for geeks!!!
