How many of you have seen "Night Walker"
It's an older Japanese anime... Not Robotech old, but it's from back in the days when everything was hand painted...
Anyway, I was just curious at how many people have actually seen this anime... And enjoyed it, or not enjoyed it.
I myself, used to love the anime... But now that my anime selection has broadened, can see what people would definitely dislike about the show...
Still, it was one of my first animes... And one of my all time favorites.

Are you talking about that "Forever Knight" style anime with the vampire detective made by AIC?
~ seen it, liked it, thought it was ok but could have been so much better. Liked the music and a couple of episodes. Very similar to Vampire Princess Miyu in terms of independent stories.
Also liked that little imp.

Just finnished it a week ago. It's good entertainment if you like the "vampire struggeling to be good" type. Most episodes were pretty good. I like the imp a lot, the schoolgirl is an interesting character in the late episodes, the lady cop is a hotty. Very watchable for an old school anime.
Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

I've seen episodes 1-6 and I know that more exist and I would like to finish it, but it is damn hard to find. I liked episodes 1-4 pretty well and 5&6 were ok, but the animation style was different and you could tell they had been made at a later date, probably on a lower budget. And in those two when the detective vampire guy made his sword out of his own blood it was now magenta and sparkely

About the change in art styles, the production of the anime was switched to a different studio around episode six or so. I prefer both the storyline and the animation after that point, personally ^_^;. Cain didn't look so good as a brunet... and he was much older looking before the switch, anyway. Weird how his complexion cleared up after he had his head cut off o_O;.
But yes, Nightwalker is one of my favorite anime. I've seen the whole series, but only own the first DVD because, like Aesling said, it's so hard to find >_<.
