I've been using adobe premiere for 3-4 years now starting with 6 and then later getting 6.5 and its always been easy to crossfade clips

i've just got 7.0 pro but i have no idea how to do it now. Could anyone tell me how to do it

i forgot to mention is 7.0 worth the money i spent or should i keep with 6.0? (6.5 seems too unstable)

ummm crossfade is easily done with the effect transition option dissolve - cross dissolve I think.

but cmon it can also be done easily with keyframes and opacity.

it's all up to your system - since i've stabilize my sistem with the right video codecs,my premiere 6.5 didn't crash for a whole 2 projects. 1 project = 2 month. But i prefer to work with 1 file ,not with many with different codecs,or with lossless-compressed with huffyu .avis

There aren't to much difference between 6.0 and 6.5 - 6.5 has 5-6 more FX and ,i think,is optimize to work with NTFS partitions

I've worked with 7.5 pro and 1.5 pro and I think, that 6.0/6.5 is the best choise. And i'm still with 6.5.Can 6.5 do somethink special? u can check my videos :)
