a free public server like the ones offered at www.rapidshare.de - if sharing the music doesn't violate copyright. or a private server you subscribe to on your own.

you can capture the dvd. see http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... ogeta.html
it's easier and better (in terms of visual quality) to rip dvds with a dvd ripping program (which you'll need to download of the internet).

First of all tell me the following things…

What format is the music one I.e. CD, DVD, Cassette etc?
What operating system do you have, i.e. windows XP 98 or is it mac?

An m3u is just a playlist, an MP3 is the music file you want to upload.

there are a whole bunch of CD to MP3 convertors/CD rippers on download.com, you should be a ble to find a free one.

However you will require, as mentioned before, some webspace.
Most internet service providers do offer free webspace with internet service. Check maybe you already have this service available to you.

If not there are some "free" web space places you can upload your music to the internet.
You most likely will need some ftp upload program, I used ACEftp 3 freeware.

If you get stuck let me know , I try to talk you through it.
