After spending 45 min at the post office (30 waiting for everyone and their mother shipping their stuff and another 15 min to ship the 15+ VG3 packages ), I have finally shipped the VG3 dvds. There are few things you might need to know about them first..
- For some ungodly reason you get a VG3 dvd case without the dvds in them, PLEASE contact me immediately and I will have the discs portion sent out ASAP. I'm concerned about this because when I was putting the VG3 dvds in their packages, I noticed one case was lighter than usual and didn't have any dvds inside... So I immediately burned and labled some new dvds and put them in the empty case. There were about 5 or so packages I sealed that I wasn't able to check before that. While I assume they all have the dvds inside of them, I might have slipped up somewhere...
- There's a small, insignificant, but slightly noticable graphic glitch on top of the main Bonus Material menu. I didn't like the original placement when I finished it in photoshop so I moved the layers around in Encore to something more of my liking but accidently left a hanging part of an orphan layer out (yeah, I know it sounds confusing but you'll see it when you get the dvd). I was gonna fix it again but then my project file in encore got corrupted when I tried to open it.... Considering the Bonus Material dvd was 99.9% completed and having the fix that minor glitch would have meant to redo the entire dvd from scratch, I decided not to fix it. It's not super horrible by any means but it's kind of noticable.
- A 5.1 surround system will definitely help you hear the dialogue in the "Making of milk and cookies" feature on the Bonus Material disc alot better than on a standard 2 speaker system.
If there are any other issues like compatibility, glitches, etc... let me know when you get the dvds.
If you were an editor on VG3 and didn't give me your address previously, then you are not included on this first shipment. You will still be eligible to get a dvd but only if you contact me at your own discretion.
Hope everyone enjoys the dvds!

Hope my address mistake didn't cause too much of a shinanigan. If there's anything I can do to help get the DVD to the right address (besides giving you the right one), let me know.
Hope everyone gets their dvds safely
