What causes blending? (picture included)

err also for those settings, make sure the frame size is the same and also the field order is set to none. i'm so not on top of things tonight -__-

OK, I tried this

and still getting it.

in conclusion... premiere > vegas :P well... at least Vegas 6.0c (build 153).
