cant enter videos

when i try and enter video information step one i get a blank page that says:

_uacct = "UA-69089-1"; urchinTracker();

i get nothing on exploere though, it just says done at the bottom of the screen.

have you tried using firefox?
I've seen this problem before, but don't know if anything was done about it...
Norton products can cause problems (if you have Norton).
Try enabling cookies on your browser, it sounds to me like urchintracker() is a tracking cookie
any of this help?

It's Google Analytics. urchinTracker is NOT a cookie; it's JavaScript code.

Whatever browser the original poster is using probably just misinterpreted the JavaScript segment.

i use explorer usually, but i downloaded firefox and i got that weird message, ill try and disable my firewall though.

no no no, it was my firewall thing, i turnded it off and i could enter it in. thanks
