So... lip sync. I have to nominate fallout161 - The Philosophy of Ghost in the Shell. Because it's funny, and has lots of (good) lip sync.

Since everybody already knows all about Quid Pro Quo by this point...
I'd recommend either of Outlaws Rhapsody or Azumanga DIE-OH by RolltheStampede. Although the first one was a segment of AMV Hell 3, it does count as a seperate, complete video unto itself.
I also think my own Arrogant Anthology Advance is worth a look for this category :P
