OK. It's from a two-part OVA that is the fourth installment in a series based not on manga, but on a series of novels.

I would have said something sooner but I was worried about what to submit for my screenshot if I got it right. If it was too easy, I'd feel like a failure. Too hard, and I'm committed until someone guesses right. That's a lot of responsibility. OH! The pressure! Curse you internet, and all your fun little games too!
