Vandread - The Second Stage. This one is really weird and awkward. I saw it on sale for 3 bucks so I decided what the heck, might be good.

Even though the story basically explains why the people are uh... stupid, it is still very awkward...

Also that one anime that played on adult swim where the kids play hide and go seek in tokyo... kid powered city, anyone?
