Jiraiya (Naruto Spoilers)

You ever notice how we never find out how strong Jiraiya really is on Naruto. Think about, we ususally see him training Naruto, and the only actual fight we saw him get onto was with Orochimaru, but he was a little fed up from the crap Tsunade slipped him. So it makes me wonder which of the legendary 3 is the strongest. Any Thoughts?

I still think Orochimaru is 1 on 1. Jiraiya still has potential, but because of Orochimaru's youth technique and the fact that he's learning new techniques puts him with an edge. I can't say for sure, but remember it was 2 on 1 that fight, even with Jiraiya intoxicated, that's some power Orochimaru has.

Orochimaru is probably the most powerful, but not by a huge margin. If we're talking physical strength then Tsunade is meant to be the strongest.

Jiraiya's special ability is obviously "super pervert power".

you guys forget that it was 2 on 2 and orchi didnt have the use of his arms i mean the real question we should ask is just how powerful a ninja the 4 eyed guy is

Well, Kabuto obviously isn't as strong as Orochimaru; that's a given because he's an underling.

Now as for how strong Jiraiya is - we know that he can at least go toe-to-toe with Naruto in Kyuubi form when he has three tails. He said there were only two times he was brought nearly to death - the first when he tried to sneak a peek at the 5th in her skivvies, and the second when Naruto sprouted a fourth tail in Kyuubi form. Until then, we can guess that he had the upper hand, or at least could control Naruto enough; past that, though, and he's lucky to have all four limbs.

I'm willing to bet that, out of the three, Jiraiya (being the archetype of Naruto, just like the 5th is for Sakura and Orochimaru is for Sasuke) is the strongest in shear Chakra power, the 5th is in physical strength alone, and Orochimaru in intelligence and trickery.

Like Naruto and Sasuke, it's probably an even fight - though Orochimaru has the upper hand in skill and insight, Jiraiya has more than enough raw power to even the fight out.
