Well, 2005 has left me alot of good things, and alot of bad things.
I havent made that much AMV's, mostly due to school and personal issues.
I made 3 AMV's, 1 I actually finished, and that was Mahoro's Wishes, which was alright. But cute nonetheless.
There was 2 I was working on, but never got finished, they were the following:
The Samurai and Demon Crucible
Anime: Inuyasha, Samurai X
Music: Thrice - The Beltsville Crucible
The reason why I didnt finish it because I ran out of Idea's, and I got unmotivated to finish it. I am *probably* going to redo this, maybe...
A Bloody Elfen AMV <----
Anime: Elfen Lied
Music: Basement Jaxx - Where's Your Head At? (rofl)
I never did finish this, I am starting to do this again, but I have to redo the sources, like switching the fansub footage to DVD footage. I basicly didnt finish it just due to losing intrest...
-Plans for me in the big '06
-Improve on my AMV editing
-Submit a vid to AWA
-Going to attend AWA (maybe...)
-Do a collab project with someone
-Participate in a MEP
-Not screwing up
-Submit a few .avs scripts to the amvwiki
-Work on my AMV DVD I am planning on releasing this summer.
Thats mostly it, I guess.

Big year for me, AMV-wise. I've been hanging around here for about three years now, slavering over the thought of contributing my own explorations in anime, but finally, FINALLY, everything fell into place:
1. My enthusiasm for AMV creation was rekindled during the 2005 Anime Boston AMV competition.
2. Driving home from Boston, I heard a song on the radio (at 1 a.m.) that immediately sent me into insane laughter because it was so perfect for a series I love that hearing it must have been fate.
3. I beat down Premiere, finally. The first three bouts definately went to that damned program, but now it can't get away with denying my AMVs any longer!!
4. A decision to pursue further studies (beyond college) in graphic design was the perfect "excuse" for me to spend wayyy too much time messing with all sorts of things AMV-related. I can honestly say that it's all just excellent practice for when I do it for a living.
So, here I am, staring ahead into 2006 with my poor "Addict" AMV about to launch into the official editing stages. I'm gnashing my teeth about the deadline for the 2006 AB AMV competition, because it hasn't been announced yet and I'm going to really have to work my butt off to finish this AMV of mine in time to enter. Worse, when school starts at the end of this month, my free time is going to take a huge blow to the stomach. If I don't finish, I'll still be quite pleased with myself and will enter the AMV (assuming it turns out well) the following year. This also give me time to work on another AMV idea of mine which, ironically enough, involves only a 2-hour movie, not a 56-episode TV series. I always start big.
Non-AMV-wise, this year has been pretty unspectacular, with the exception of enrolling in further schooling, moving back into my grandmother's house to save $$ on rent and not working three jobs (one full-time) just to put kibble in my dog's dish. Oh yes, and comments by my mother about my age and its relation to grandchildren-to-be made a marked jump in frequency. I've got a dog, that's quite enough for now!

Had a lot of ideas but only got to finish 2 amv. Couldn't do more bcoz of work. Also these days I'm doing part time at a production house. Video editing has been very easy and also extra income So I'd like to thank a-m-v.org & everyone for sharing your knowledge, especially those who did the guides, gave ops, and those who lent me a helping hand. Without you guys I wouldn't be richer as I am now
