For transparency, is .gif or .png preferred? The transparency on the .png on the front page doesn't work in IE. I assume .gif is preferred, but .gif has no partial transparency so it's ugly.
What should the dimensions for the static image be?

The logo has both versions, gif and png. The site (should) detect if the browser is IE or non-IE. If IE, give gif, else png. This way real browsers can use real graphics with real transparency. ^_^
I hope this helps.

Bug Report: I always see the .png with IE and Firefox. Transparency is perfect in Firefox, but in IE I see this:
It's always been that way on my work computer and my two home computers. I don't know if this will help, but my IE version at work is 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519
I'm still wondering about the dimensions for the static image part of the submission.
