DVD Guide updated

I asked Phade to update the guide page for how to use DVDs in Premiere. There is not updated links, updated software information, and there's an FAQ at the bottom with solutions to common problems.

NOW WE CAN MAKE NEWBIES "READ FAQ BEFORE POSTING" or something like that. Of course, if they read and understood anything, then I couldn't answer anything and wouldn't look like such a video editing god.

seems to be broken. (looks like it was a link to the old phorum)

Sadly since the time that I wrote the guide, the old forum was taken offline, so the thread in question no longer exists...

I'll see what I can do.
