Check the list there are some free ones in there but for 400mhz I can't think of anything that will work for sure, still try out some of the ones there that interest you and see what works.

Video editing.
thers a good video editing software called video explosion (very cheap, good quality, easy to use.) Search in google and you might find a good free trial. also try www.download.com for vid editing software.
