Ummmm....
so when I thought up this Nintendo Project it was kind of just drunk talk since I never thought people would actually want to do it but...it seems to have gotten quite a response on the AWA thread. So, lemme check the pulse of the AMV community by seeing how many of you would actually like to contribute to this idea before actually assigning tracks or anything. It would basically consist of using old midi quality NES themes intermixed with anime. I would have no problems with remixes, the more the better actually. =P Any anime would be welcome although if we ever want it shown at a con, it would have to pass some sort of content standards. Ok, I've said enough, let the ideas start flowing =P

I'm in, because I had to listen to MJ ramble about it for the 2-1/2 hours we were waiting for carlos, dave, and molly to come back with the booze, and I thought it would be a good parody/complement to the DDR project.

Ok, I am in for this project as I pointed out to MJ the moment he mumbled
something about it... especially seeing as how I got away with using
a castlevania 2 song in my jubei chan intro (version 2).
As for remixes, someone told me a site... and for some reason I forgot
it...
I think if the number of remixes is enough for maybe 20+ different tracks
this could work out. If not the original audio would be quite entertaining...
but on a decent/loud speaker system might also kill all animals, including
humans withing a 4 mile radius.
As for people claiming tracks I think that MJ needs to take some charge
and get ACTUAL video/song ideas... or elect ME to be the PR man!! MUHAHAHA

Ok the remix site is overflowing with goooodness. I think this project
would be great for a dance/amv event (of course like ddr... just with
ultra unique music hehe).
Nothing serious just have some fun and get some bodies moving. haha.

That is a pretty good site, actually probably one of the best I've seen. The only other one I've visited was GamingForce Audio, but they are more actual soundtracks, less remixes. That and they've been revamping their site for sometime now.
