That's a deceptive number. RIAA doesn't own even a tiny fraction of the music that's being sold if we measure music by musical terms; they merely own most of the music sold (in the US) if we measure music by selling terms.SSJVegita0609 wrote:The RIAA owns the liscense to approx 90% of all music sold, so chances are they have the liscense
In other words, the amount of music not administred by an RIAA label is astronomical. The amount of musical products, however, does have a large fraction.
