only other thing that I think it might be is your premiere date.
there might be an issue with trying to have a premiere date before your membership.
I'm not fully aware of all the intracasies(sp) of how the server works (all that I know is from experience)
...If I remember right, you should be able to change infromation like the premiere date for 2 weeks after you enter the info, after that you need to request permission to change the "locked" data (which can be done from edit my videos)

if you're lucky enough you might be able to catch it before you need to request the change, try it quick! (you registered ecxactly 2 weeks 1 day ago, and if you uploaded the vid on the sixth, your time is almost out)

What is the filename? Perhaps it has a character in it that messes things up.

I would think the apostrophe is possibly the problem. the dash should be fine.

I'm having a simmilar problem, but I don't know how to solve it. My vid is 102MB, and I can't figure out how to make it smaller, other than a vid remake so the AMV itself is shorter....

Also, the FTP keeps saying it's timeing out on me, cause I have a slower connection and it takes forever for me to load something...

uh, rookie here
help!

How long is your vid? The .org won't accept submissions larger than 100MB without special permission.

What format is your AMV in? DivX? XviD? Something else?

Have you tried to reduce the resolution size (instead of 640x480, try 512x384)?

Also, did you remember to COMPRESS YOUR AUDIO?

I'll try shrinking. It's a long vid, about 7 minutes. It's a wmv, all I have to work with is Movie Maker from Windows.
Love my new job, but everyone needs a hobby, no? Thus AMVs were born.
(btw - thanks to Amber at DMFA for letting me use Pip as my avi)
