I belong to a guild on Gaia that's dedicated to discussing Negima. Anyway, from there I got the following translation, which in turn originates from a website whose name rhymes with "anime kooky". The language is kind of hyperbolic, over-hyped if you will. Spoilerized just in case:

"Negima! has so many characters, it's hectic (lol). The problem with having so many people is that, you can't keep track of what they're doing. In order for that to not happen, I'd like to move the 31 of them in a lively way. Especially this time, I am creating it in the image of the characters waving at a camera in a "long time, no see" fashion. This way, there would be meaning in having lots of characters. By doing this anime, I am feeling as if I have 31 daughters (lol). This time I'm considering to showcase all of my daughters in swimsuits, so please look forward to it (lol).

From the first look of the character designs, everybody will probably think, "It's different this time!". Not only are the looks different, the contents have been drastically changed, too! In any case, the characters move! They approach you! They battle it out! Leaving in the original charm of Negima!, but totally re-born!!
The new anime is consists of a Spring Edition and a Summer Edition!!
Amazingly, there will be two new anime! Although it is currently under production, the Srping Edition will air at the event in srpingtime. Plus, we have obtained information that the stage of the story will take place on a south island. That means, we may get to see the swimsuits at the sea, beach, and jungle! WIll the Summer Edition be shown at a summer festival? Can't wait to see it!

Not only do we dub our voices to the characters from the manga, but we get to sing on stage, and become a radio disk jockey, things that seiyuus usually don't challenge, therefore, I believe that I have experienced a lot of things from Negima!, struggling at times, but enjoying it as well. This time, we will join forces and laugh away the obstacles and go for it. Akamatsu-sensei, (Shounen Magazine) readers, we Negima! Classmates promise that we will continue to shine!!"

I'm Satou Rina, the voice of Negi Springfield, already excited and jittery thinking about seeing Negi and the classmates moving again. Hello to the readers of (Shounen) Magazine! I remember the first time I dubbed Negi was at the anime premiere at an event also. It was the first time I played the role of a boy, and I remember being very nervous (I still remeber the line (lol)). It's been 2 years already! This Negima! will be created together with my long time colleagues and new staff. In such a tense but comfortable atmosphere, I intend to act out Negi-kun with all my might. I am so happy, I cannot express out in words about meeting my classmates and playing Negi-kun again! Please look forward to this anime full of such happiness.
