WELL, i considered beastie boys, they are definatly something i really liked when i was a younger teen heh. But maybe later when he matures a bit, seriously i think he'd benefit from jammx for the most part, I SEE what they are trying to do with stuff like kidzbop and it doesnt work that way, you can't write up music for a bunch of random kids too lipsync too, you gotta give them creative control and thats pretty much the reason why I have been looking into this jammxkids group so much anyways.

But the musics allright. I forgot about Christian rap..................try John Ruben, and Grits. They rarley even actually make direct references to God, and Ruben is sarcastic/funny as hell.

Everyone has posted some pretty good suggestions.....

Since he has such discerning taste in music (blowing up of the Kidz Bop and all)...

Maybe he should make his own music...that way it can be about whatever he wants it to be about and you could really get some valuable time out of it...writing lyrics, composing/producing a beat, and on and on....

yeah...but still...they do make direct references to god
and i whouldn't want my kid to be invloved in religion

We aren't huge christians, but if there is some good christian rap that is like jammx (he seems too really love jammx now) I'll definatly look into it, i'm not bias against any sort of religeous lyrics because thats alot better than GANGSTAFIED lyrics.

thats a good point, i guess i havent decided whether or not I really want him to be a christian, but my influence isnt really pointing him towards any religeon

I remember going to church as a kid though MAN was that ever boring

JammxKids dont talk about religeon on their site they just want kids to be more active which is great, No real influence other than good influence there, and since obesity is basically an epidemic in america it makes sense.
