aid please - Naruto related (scene help)

i heard someone mention something about the "Kakashi Gaiden" thing, could soemone tell me wat that is exactly b/c i am on the U.S. schedule and even though i go ahead a lttle online i am still kinda new to Naruto and i love Kakashi so could someone explain it to me please? in the U.S. we r only up to the second part of the Chuunin exam

2nd part of chuunin? boy you've still got ages to go! after the chuunin exam, which goes to about episode 80 something, there is a brief akatsuki saga, followed by the hunt for an old comrade of jiraiya's. this goes through to about episode 100. between 100 and 134 there is a saga most commonly refered to as 'chasing sasuke'. from 134 to about 173 (the most recent) there have been nothing but stupid, poorly thought out, badly humoured filler episodes. kakashi gaiden is supposed to start after the fillers finish.

as to what kakashi gaiden is; kakashi gaiden is a brief saga (i predict it will be about 2-3 episodes) that explains the past of kakashi. it explains his high priority in team work and protecting comrades, and it goes into the bloody tale of how he gained the sharingan. the Yondaime features prominently here, and for anyone who did not know, the Yondaime was kakashi's team leader.

thanks! that helped a lot, i wish that they would alow there to be more than one episode a week so that thinigs could speed up a little.

well one episode a week has always been standard for anime. what irks me is the ridiculous deliberation, and the now 30+ filler episodes. think about that; 30 weeks longer we have to wait to see the yondaime kick some ass.
