I've decided on:

Artist: Bowling for Soup
Song: Greatest Day
Anime: Azumanga Daioh
Length: probably 40 sec - aiming for comedic rather than sappy but we'll see how it goes

I hope to be able to submit a second one but don't know for sure yet.
