Isn't color changing allowed as long as the logo picture and text is visible?

I say change the whole logo. Hell, I've seen banners which have mutilated last years logo and passed. This one will be mutilated too. I say bring on the changes because in my opinion.... this one ain't gettin' much worse.

But according to <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/banners/">the banner contest page</a>, it was Amikit.

Anyway. Does anyone know why this isn't announced on the members main page... or, for that matter, why the newest news item there is suddenly "New Org Sister Site Launches" instead of the VCA announcements that had been there before?

I love how people resist change.

Reminds me of the last time the logo was changed though since the logo before it was up for two years the resisting was way more than it seems to be this year. Congrats to who ever designed this years winning submission.
