For the next round, one of my ideas has stretched so far that I'm actually going to make a full AMV for "I'm So Ronery" out of it, and submit the best 30-second part of it afterward. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing, but I'm excited that I'll finally have a full-song video to put in my org profile!

Speaking of full Ronery vids, actually, has anyone seen the only existing "I'm So Ronery" vid on the database, by JaddziaDax? It's for Ilpallazzo, from Excel Saga, and though I don't really think the clip choices for every bit were all that great (it seems a bit better watching it a second time), it's a good AMV overall. I don't usually go for vids that use a lot of different anime, but I liked how you put yours together. The beats and lyrics were well-matched, I thought, and Jango was a good focus character to use. X3

I just watched ReDeath... The end scene is similar enough to my entry to have creeped me out. I now see why it raised a few eyebrows.

Take a gander. It's funny, albeit the lip sync and vid quality could be revamped, but there are some really hilarious parts!

oh they did revamp it, sicne it was made in 2000, but its a convention exclusive only, plannign to ask them for copys to bring to the convention im going to, and btw, that was a damn good fandub

oh i might put in another entry for the "i'm so ronery" round, but since its finals back at my college, i guess it'll have to wait

I may have to sit this next round out, I am in West Virginia this week (and spent 20 hours traveling from California yesterday and was stuck in Pittsburgh as of midnight last night. I am barely coherent and don't know if I'll recover enough (or have enough time after work) to be able to work on something.

Or maybe incoherency will work for me .... bweh heh heh!

As a general suggestion, I feel like your videos would be funnier if they picked up the pace a little bit. Some of the clips feel like they are longer than they should be. Even when a clip is funny, it lasts so long that it eventually loses its comedic value. Just a suggestion, and I'm no expert, but it's just how I felt.

Oh, and I submitted my entry for this round. I almost wish I put it off longer so I wouldn't have to wait so long for a result...
