Reasons:
+Expressing myself
+The finished product
+Inspiration from all Pro vids
+Spreading the music i like
+There's not much else to do
+Opinions
For me, its all of those rolled into one big ball of goodness.
I'd say the main reason would be the inspiration though,
If it weren't for the l337's then we wouldn't really be bothered, now would we...?
o.k so maybe we would. but they do entice you to try.

To be honest, I started making AMV’s to keep me out of the pub. I Know it sound sad, but I believe it has made me a better person. So my favourite part is the ability to do something more constructive with my life.

There are alot of reasons I like to make AMVs. Some of these reasons:
1.They make a good hobby
2.They keep me busy
3.They're fun to make
4.They help me introduce certain people to music and/or artists that have either faded into obscurity over the years, and/or never made it the first time around.
I know I can come up with more, but I can't think of anything else right now.

I think what drives me to make AMV's is that it's just dam fun to do. I'll say I'm not the best, and chances are I'll never be the best. But I think as long as I have fun and if I can maybe do something which will give another an idea to where they go on to make a great video then thats something I would like to have for myself.
I just really got going and it's much harder then I though, but again everything is. I didn't become good at making web sites/coding and design work as I am over night. And I know I wont even get close to making something great until much later, like years down the road.
Just like doing them, nothing really more to add.
