Well, do remember that in other parts of the world, marrying your 1st cousin isn't that big of a deal. I had a friend and her parents constantly kept trying to get her to marry her 32-year-old cousin over in Pakistan. XD

Thankfully, she wasn't forced and married the man of her dreams! ;-; But they live in Australlia now, and I don't see her. *angst!*

Whoa...that some totally new info for me....i haven't actually gotten that far into the mangas^^; but that's what i've been wanting to know...thanks for the extra info...

But don't you think that Akito deserves a little sympathy??? I mean, the basic reason for her being born is to take the long journey.

Another character rape was Kazuma. He wasn't ordered by Akito to take off the bracelet, he chose it on his own accord. I'm really, REALLY wondering as to why the animators decided to change that tid bit... Anyone share my thoughts?

They kind of killed that aspect throughout the whole anime, I thought. Shigure

And in the manga, Akito didn't even TALK to Kazuma. He returned, saw Kyo smiling at Tohru, said to Shigure, "Uh, yeah dawg. Better watch it, cuz I'm takin' off his shit." and Shigure's just all "So you gonna let everything fall onto her too, ne? OMG!!"

Kazuma chose to do it after seeing Kyo and Tohru interact (which they are SO flippin' CUTE XD). But in the Anime, you have Akito order him to do it. oO; I love Kazuma to death 'cause he himself said 'I see Akito as a child whining and crying for what he wants. He does not intimidate me' You GO Kazuma!

In the manga that's what happened with Kazuma. He only did that because he loved Kyo like a son. They mixed alote of it on I think eppisode 25 (I suck at numbers of episodes. I need to know what went on instead of the number. I'm sad thsat way.) In the manga Kazuma did that so Kyo could face his fear of being the cat and that his life was not "worthless" as siad on the manga. He and Shigure tricked Tohru into seeing Kyo's true form in both the manga and Anime. But in the anime Tohru runs off freaking out and goes to her mom's grave seeing Uo & Saki. Hanna pushes Arisa because of the waves and they both sob because there is nothing they can do to help her. In the process Tohru tlked vagely to Akito and crap like that. She finds Kyo and ties to comfert him and Yuki comes running and sorta gets thrashed around grabing Kyou's limb. Somehow Yuki's gone and Tohru releaves Kyo of his anxiadies. Shigure cries and it's a tear jerking moment of Kodac.
In the manga Tohru runs off. Yuki saw Kyo's true form but said or did nothing and Tohru finds Kyo. Kyo hurts Tohru because he feels that if he hurts her enough she will go away and he could die alone. Kyo has his little flash backs and Tohru heals his wounded heart and then the same ending for that eppisode. Then on the next chapter for it begins to discuse about how Kazuma willingl took Kyo in because of his guilt of his grandfather. How Kyo said some nasty things and how Kazuma left to return to the dojo. Kyo and Kazuma have a little match and Kyo call's him "Father". Tohur got to witness all that love. Eather way I found it fitting for the eppisodes with Kyo's true form. And the manga. Manga 6 was based off of Kyou's true form and only one chapter was for Aaya's shop and the "Thing".

sorry can't help you there...im going to start taking Japanese next year though....

As for a funny Fruba moment one my personal favorites is when Kyo thinks that a "Jason"is gonna get em (aka bear.) Kyo should really stop beliving (sp i think lol) everything Shigure says.
