Eva goes berserk and kill everything.

But I think Jehuty could beat all of them.

So, to answer your question how an eva would beat a gundam there are a few options to choose from:

A. summon batman ( best choice )
B. Shinji and an Eva period.
C. Asuka......PERIOD
D. It depends on who's writing the script
E. AT fields are just like your friend's mom
F. There is no way to know for sure
